You are regularly updated via telephone and email on the progress of the sale/purchase. Communications 1st class 👌 Richard was also very attentive, enthusiastic, helpful and cheerful and was always available should we have any questions or enquiries etc House sold within days that’s due to the highly professional service from start to finish the whole team were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Ryder & Dutton had acted as manging agents for a buy-to-let property we owned in Manchester, so it made sense for us to use them when we came to sell. The actual marketing,viewing and sale went very smoothly, but the conveyancing process was really drawn out mainly due to both buyers' and our solicitors being somewhat slow in progressing matters. However, Richard and the team were excellent throughout in chasing things up and keeping us up to date. We would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell.
