Want to say a big thank you to Laura and all the team at Ryder & Dutton Middleton. Following a quick sale, there were probate issues to deal with. Laura managed our buyer's expectations and the whole process professionally and with extreme patience and a smile. Their communication with our solicitor (recommended by Ryder & Dutton) was always seamless, I never had to chase any information exchange between them. I was always informed by e mail about viewings and their outcomes and as our property was empty they provided a weekly security check.
