The worst estate agent I have
The worst estate agent I have ever encountered in over 40 years. Their inability to communicate, and to act to control their element of the chain, led to its collapse. They will be barred from ever being involved in any future house chain I am involved in.

"I was sent this company to my ..."
I was sent this company to my door by another estate agency. The guy started making notes for refurbishment costs (presumably for a joke rock bottom offer for this agency to buy up at a low price, then tart up to sell at full market value lol). Cue negative comments to instil correct mindset with house vendor. WELL IT DIDNT WORK WITH ME, YOU LOT!!!!!!!!!!!). Just avoid everone - there are proper agents out there (probably online these days, and cheaper.

I would never let property
I would never let property through this company again. Unfortunately Ferndown charge the standard 10% without that level of service. Their communication is poor to say the least. They always charge 100% of repair costs to the landlord, without proper investigation. Quotes are used to support the deduction of subcontractor repair costs without proof of job completion. They do not photograph completed works and they ignore communication. Truly awful company if you are a landlord looking for fair treatment and fair service..
