Country Holmes - Marple Bridge

We would like to say a huge thank you to Dominique at Fine and Country for all of her hard work in helping us in our recent property sale to reach exchange. The process was fraught with frustration and delay - and Dominique ably and diplomatically handled the three sets of solicitors involved - quite a juggling process at times! We would have no hesitation in using her services again and can absolutely recommend Dominique and her team.

We had such a positive, outstanding experience with Dominique. She's warm, friendly, very efficient, an excellent communicator and complete professional. Our house had previously failed to sell with a different agency, but with Dominique we had two offers within 5 days - one of which we accepted. She also handled the purchase of our new property for us and again she was fantastic. We'd highly recommend Dominique and the rest of the team at Fine & Country.

We would like to thank Caroline and Jordan for their dedicated hard work in completing our complicated house sale.

Photographs and brochure produced were of high quality; staff were professional and helpful. We had reservations about the pricing strategy Fine & Country proposed, but we did follow their advice and they did indeed achieve the sale price we were hoping for. They handled negotiations with competing buyers professionally, and were also helpful in monitoring and chasing the process through to exchange and completion once an offer had been received.

Lovely experience dealing with Lucie

Attentive staff!

Not the best priced the house we were selling way over the asking prices i the area… not very clear with details selling the house to us and not helpful at all would not recommend using the company again…

Rude, impatiant and disrespectful, handled with threats and otherwise. Don't waste time with this joke of a place, pathetic people and service
