I was advised to use this company (branch)!! they made an appointment with me, I then had a phone call in the evening to cancel, I was told they would still look at another project for me, to this day after phoning and speaking to the branch 3 times I have not had anything from them not even a courtesy call. Very unprofessional would defiantly not recommend.

Not good

Reply from Country Holmes - Marple Bridge: Hello Catherine, we are all as disappointed as you are that your buyers’ buyer have lost their sale and in turn that has resulted in your sale falling through. Your buyer still wishes to proceed with their purchase once their property sells and In accordance with your wishes we will hold the property for your buyer in the hope that they re sell theirs quickly

Terrible professionism. Avoid.

Reply from Country Holmes - Marple Bridge: Bob, We've no idea who you after checking our records so would assume you've got the wrong agent. If you'd like to call the office on 0161 427 7599 we can hopefully get to the bottom of the 'terrible professionalism' you're referring to and address the matter if this isn't the case. Regards, Tom
