We lived 3 hours away and it was a fantastic experience dealing with Tom from Country Homles. Over the last 6 years + there was not one day void or late payment, excellent tenants. I could always get hold of Tom or his colleagues, he sorted all issues, for example the gas safety, maintenance and repairs etc without any fuss and negotiated with the trades people on our behalf, included in his competitive rates. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of renting a property out, just use Tom.

Dominique and Matt sold our house and then helped us through what turned into a rather unexpectedly prolonged and somewhat stressful sale. Can't speak highly enough of Matt's professionalism and calmness throughout. He always returns calls promptly, kept us regularly updated and helped us to iron out the various difficulties which emerged along the way. A pleasure to work with and an experience unlike that we've ever had with an estate agent before. We'd highly recommend the team at Fine & Country in Hove

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our property through Williams Estate Agents. Daniel Maclean was an excellent agent who always responded and if I called the branch and he wasn’t available, everyone else was equally helpful. Simply perfect professionals, who made the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible! I highly recommend them.

Lucie was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including after we had completed the purchase.
