Chris Sawyer of Fine & Country is everything you would not expect from an estate agent. He is dedicated, calm, caring and completely honest. It is absolutely no surprise therefore that he has built a team in his image. I instructed F&C to sell both mine and my father’s home and the experience has been wholly positive from start to finish. The pictures and brochure were beyond compare to give us a good head start. My primary contact was Matthew Higgins and he guided me through the whole process with enthusiasm, proving himself to be unflappable and offering calm and considered advice throughout. I purchased a flat through this agent. Dominique was very knowledgeable about the property and area, responded quickly to any queries, chased solicitors to ensure exchange and completion and was helpful with access for an architect. As the buyer in the transaction, I was impressed by Katie, Freddie and Libby's professionalism. We would never have considered the house were it not for Freddie knowing his seller's objectives. The team was courteous and responsive. Katie, despite being on the sales team, remained involved every step till completion. A clear mark of someone who cares about the whole process. We never felt bullied or pressured. They were diligent in chasing on behalf of the seller but knew when they had to work with the buyer to ensure smooth completion and when they had to step in to hand hold the seller. Would recommend.

There is no doubt about it, without Dominique Scott of Fine and Country our sale and subsequent purchase would have failed. Our transactions involved a small but difficult chain. It was nail biting involving reductions in offer prices and serious time ultimatums with threats of withdrawal. Dominique Scott nursed the transactions through gaining the confidence of all the parties involved, being in touch with them all including their estate agents and if necessary the conveyancers, smoothing the way to completion.
