We completed on the sale of our property in July, Michael and the team were brilliant, arranging viewings in a block when possible, actually the property sold really quickly as Michael already had buyers on a waiting list for properties like ours, suitable for first time buyers. We were kept updated constantly by one of the team, even if Michael was on leave he would advise us in plenty of time and one of the team would call to check everything was okay. A highly professional and respectable Estate Agents. We completed on our property just 2 weeks ago and the whole process on Jones Robinsons behalf has been flawless - especially as we're first-time buyers, it can all be a bit daunting. Our first viewing was with Jenny who was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, schools and food shops - made us feel very relaxed on our 1st viewing. Our 2nd viewing was with Michael who was very professional, even rung back to the office to find the answer to a question we raised during the viewing. The offers went to Best and Final, which I'd not experienced before - but Michael was incredibly professional. He did not give any indication on current offers on the table which I thought was incredibly professional and meant you offer what you can afford and are happy with. We submitted our offer by the midday deadline and by the end of the working day we'd been accepted. Smooth process and no back and forth with offers and getting into situations you cannot afford. We then went for a 3rd viewing with Sophie Green, who was very accommodating - this viewing must have been at least an hour as we met the sellers. Sophie was happy to allow us this time and was reassuring to have there to ask questions, Sophie's experience on timeframes, solicitors, the process was vital and very much needed for us as first-time buyers. Getting to exchange of contracts had a few ups and downs, but Deborah was incredible in being our communicator between the sellers and ourselves. Again very professional and incredibly efficient - Deborah would pass on information within minutes. This line of communication was absolutely vital due to the tight deadline and ensuring the sale went through as efficiently as possible. I cannot fault Jones Robinson in anyway, honestly the best estate agents we've used. (And there have been a fair few in the last year!) A genuine, honest team who work really well together. Couldn't have asked for better.
