Michael and his team in Marlborough recently sold our cottage. We cannot fault the service. From start to finish it was excellent. Michael always returned calls promptly and his communication was spot-on. He always kept in touch with us to let us know what was happening and what he was doing to promote our cottage. Michael is very friendly, honest and will tell you realistically his thoughts and views and how best to market and price the property. This meant after months of trying to sell our cottage with other agents we finally sold it and got the asking price. We sold our house and also ended up buying our new one through Michael at Jones Robinson. Michael was always honest and realistic from the start, and we got an offer at a price we were happy with in 6 weeks. Michael will not provide advice he cannot deliver upon. He and all the team did an excellent job in complicated and difficult circumstances and patiently kept the sale and purchase on track, acting as the go-between. We would thoroughly recommend michael and the team for sale and purchase, they are professional, pragmatic and friendly, a 5 star team.
