If you want someone who keeps in the loop and knows things before your solicitor does (or tells you) Sophie is the one you're after, she was brilliant. It was a long process to get my house and Sophie was on top of it the whole time and also very empathetic to the pains of mortgage companies and solicitors. Would more than happily go through them again
