I wanted to make an appointment to see the house for rent, the lady was not pleasant, I didn't remember the phone number and asked if I could call back and give number, she agreed, and she didn't answer the phone. When I called from my friend phone, she answered and she was very arrogant.

I have listened to the call recording this morning and note when you called back the lettings team were on another call, unfortunately at times it can get busy in the office but, we do apologise for this. Regarding, your experience I feel the questions my team asked you couldn't answer and it is a requirement of the bookings process and all of our landlords would not allow a viewing unless you could answer all of the required for your friend i.e credit score, pets, how many people will live in the property and work. Awful experience! Not professional on the phone at all. Rude on the phone. Bad customer service. Never known anything like it!! I never write reviews or bad ones but this needed one. Can't even get hold of them half the time! Then they let the property go to someone else when we were first. You should be ashamed to be honest.

FAKE REVIEW. THEY ARE OUR PHONE PROVIDER NOT A CUSTOMER...WE ARE THE CUSTOMER TO THEM! GOOGLE THEM TO prove they are directors of TelecomsGB This is a review from our lovely phone providers who don't like the fact we complained about the service we pay for (TelecomsGB) on various occasions. We pay for a service yet for months on end our keeps crackling and nothing was resolved between BT and Telecomsgb. It is retaliation and we will take further.

Quite easily the most inept letting agents I have ever known. From the first meeting to returning of our deposit they were downright useless. Having given notice over 2 months before the end of our tenancy to give them chance to find a new tenant, nothing was done. The only reason our landlord found out we were vacating the property was because I told them. Newton Fallowell had done nothing to keep her updated. It took nearly 4 months to receive an inventory, faults were reported, but no acknowledgement was ever made, until I reported these directly to the landlord. Then we come onto the fact they lied about inspections. When the landlord contacted them regarding the outcome of an inspection, they simply lied and said they had arranged one and we had then cancelled. No request was ever made to us. You would think that a managing director of a branch would have oversight as to all the facets of the business, this is not the case. On one of the multiple times I went into branch regarding the inventory, Jordan simply replied, I don't know about them, that's why I pay someone else, and then queried as to whether tenants usually get one. Having dealt with other branches of Newton Fallowell in the past, I thought I would receive the same level of professionalism and service. Very much not the case. I for one am glad to be rid of them and will take great pleasure in telling anyone who asks just how shocking they are.

Good Afternoon, I am sorry for you having to take the time to write feedback on the service provided, if you would like to discuss your concerns please do not hesitate to contact ourselves. Regarding the comments above I can only apologise but, I only recall meeting you once or twice in passing in the office to say hello and one time when you asked about your inventory which you are right I passed onto my lettings manager as this is her job. Unfortunately, as I manage sales, have meetings and deal with advertising like all businesses I put someone dedicated in that position. I cannot be available for everything, I wish I could but, I am only one person so I do apologise. I know you wasn't happy about the time taken to return the deposit (from memory you moved out on the friday the 1st and was returned on the Wednesday) but, we do have upto 14 days to return.

Very poor, didn't turn up for valuation appointment.
