Worst estate agents. I did leave a google review with a detailed description but obviously Newton Fallowell managed to get it removed somehow. Which concerns me as to what is the point of a review? I’ll keep posting until my review is held in place.

Avoid these rookie lazy staff members. Wasted my time with a tenant and under managed their expectations for certs then blamed me on them pulling out. Now certs are done no phone calls to say more interest in property, very simple to pick the phone up and ask for keys back. Poor communication in very simple circumstances. You guys are so lazy it's unreal. You're nothing but door openers that dress fancy. You have no other skill set. What a useless bunch you are. You need to learn to take accountability for your own mistakes. You have wasted my time and money in the process. You know you have been useless throughout which is why you have come up with the BS. Now they decide to withdraw my property because they know they are useless. Shame on you and your business. You need to go brush up on your skills or find another job that makes you happy as you seem to lack enthusiasm. Typical estate agent that's full of themselves. Good for opening front doors and that's about it.

It’s disappointing to see this review, as we always strive to provide excellent service. Given that there are two sides to every story, I’d like to share some context. Out of the thousands of clients we’ve worked with, I cannot recall us ever being “full of ourselves” or “lazy.” We work outside of regular business hours—at least six days a week—to support our clients. Here are the reasons we decided to remove your listing from the market: We secured a reliable family who passed all references, and you were aware from the outset that a gas safety certificate and an EICR were legally required for all rental properties before we could complete the check-in process. Unfortunately, their deadline was missed due to the lack of these certificates, and they ultimately withdrew. Although we offered to handle the certificates for you, you preferred to use your own contractors. There were also ongoing issues with keys. Instead of providing us with a set to allow easy access to the property, you expected our agency to collect and return keys at place of work for a member of your family. Even when the tenants were ready to move in, your father refused to provide more than one set of keys for three adults, citing the cost. This level of access is standard practice and has never been an issue for the many landlords and tenants we serve, regardless of the type of keys required. Lastly, we chose to withdraw due to the inappropriate emails you sent to our 18-year-old apprentice. She is a valued team member who genuinely cares about her work and does not deserve to be addressed in the manner you used, including calling her “useless” in several emails this afternoon. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding workplace respect. Thank you for your time in reading our response.

Worst worst worst service I have come across , They are sales and letting agents but no patience and manners at all twice hang up the call . Not trained at all to give better customer service very very rude .

Good Afternoon, I am sorry to read this review, especially since we are known for our friendly and helpful service. I was present when you called, and the call quality was so poor that my colleague genuinely could not hear you. On the second call, you were extremely rude and shouted at a colleague, which is unacceptable behavior and the call was terminated. This situation stems from a confirmed viewing for which you apparently arrived 25 minutes later than the agreed-upon time, despite both verbal and written confirmation. As a busy agency, we had to attend to other appointments and could not wait for you. You called the office 50 minutes after the scheduled viewing, demanding that we return to the house, which was not possible as we had other booked appointments. The owner of the property also agreed with this decision. It is unfortunate to receive a negative review as we are a well-regarded business, especially when the issue arose due to your tardiness and unreasonable expectations for us to wait an extended period of time. Just a heads up to check sinks, toilets, built in appliances. The state of the toilets - seats yellow and encrusted with urine calcium, brown sludge in the pan. That's 3 separate toilets btw. The sinks, blocked and don't drain. The built in appliances absolutely revolting. Grease, mould and a harvest festival in the dishwasher. Black sludge in the washing machine. The fridge and freezer could have provided a meal for 2, they were that grotty. Don't pay asking price, until you know you aren't going to be majorly out of pocket - a day after getting the keys. Irony being the house hadn't been stood empty, people actually left it this way. Timescales and communication are also a thing. But I'll let someone else go there. Photos on request 👍 Definitely the right branch. I'm the mug who helped clean the house 😂😂😂 but thanks! If the seller is a personal friend (as there are 3 reviews from her) then I don't expect a reasonable response. The actual buyer is still waiting for a courtesy call from Jordan!!!!

Do not rent from these, All the 5* reviews are from people who sold their properties for overpriced figures, course they're going to be happy. - If you're a renter this applies to you. If I could give a lower rating I would. I was renting a property since Nov 2019, I had complained about one window in the master bedroom since the viewing that there was a high volume of noise coming through and wind, as the panel was broken and wouldn't shut properly, this came under a concern to environmental health, you could smell the traffic and even hear customers order their pizza from dominoes across the road. I was informed this would be fixed on the day of viewing verbally by a man called Jordan. 3 years on, taking my money, hundreds of e-mails later, nothing was done and that room had to be abandoned, so in other words I rented a 1 bedroom for the price of 2. I was led on by false hopes, saying "windows are ready we are sending someone" and nobody ever turned up. It was all a lie. The shower didn't work for 3 years either, the water pressure was not right and nobody ever looked into it for me, cold showers for 3 years? Just before Christmas this year going into 2023 a day after paying that months rent I received an unexpected notice to leave within 2 months, no answer to any reason why. They didn't pay the remaining deposit and added unauthorised charges onto the account claiming for "damages in the house" which certainly is not comparable to the poor windows. The most hilarious thing is, I drive past the house and the windows were installed 1 month after I left. Why was this not sorted for 3 years? The landlord turned up to the property demanding rent for the last month (which I let them take £525 out of the £605 deposit anyway) he snatched my mothers phone out her hand and demanded my telephone number and kept calling me from withheld and harassing me and my family while they were trying to help me move my stuff. - I was harassed by constant quarterly visits that were targeted just to me, this was evident as I knew another tenant renting from these people. - landlord refused to put his issues in writing knowing that I could take that to the tribunal. Landlord Mike Cokrill, Property 50 Leeming lane south. Do not rent from these people no matter how desperate you are, you will get ripped off and ignored as long as they take your money. Now sit back and read the snide and unprofessional response I get followed by many others in the past. Poorly managed organisation.

I’ve been a good tenant , moved into a property owned by a very good friend of mine, paid deposit but I had to leave earlier than expected, left the property all cleaned, When I’m ready to receive my deposit, there was one thing spoken on the phone with Mr .Jordan and agreed on, but something else I received from my deposit , i think you should have to tell people right from the beginning what they have to pay or not, rather than coming to me later with “extras” and “more reasons” I’m thinking that all you claimed to take from my deposit was more of paying you Jordan ., never mind the fact that you was judging me right from beginning without to know me personally and telling my friend not to rent the property to me… As I have agreed with the rest of the deposit you can understand that I don’t care about money Not very nice experience with this agency Not recommended

Good Afternoon, As there are always two sides to a story I thought it would be best to state some facts as I think actually you are wrong. I do not know you personally but, a short term tenancy is never ideal for any landlord or agent as there are contracts, inventories and deposits to deal with all of which take a lot of time to implement. You were in the property for just over two months (we knew from day 1 you were going to only be in for a short time). Normal tenancies would be for 6 months +. My landlord is someone I have known for many years and he trusts me 100% when it comes to his properties. Points I would like to raise: -You underpaid on rent which was then requested -The kitchen flooring which was brand new was badly damaged Garden -You left dog mess in the garden along with pans from the kitchen, a large dog pen, kids slide and a slide in the garage. -You promised to remove the items over two weeks ago when generally estate agents and landlords would expect these gone and left as was before the tenancy. You will note I did not charge you for terminating the agreement, nor has my client charged you for removal of your items left. Actually, I think me and the landlord are the most understanding agents you could have dealt with since you were in for such a short time. I have mentioned your comments to him and he feels disappointed you have put this review when he knows me personally and professionally.

Bad experience with them!!! If you think to ask where is you're money think twice...because it's possible to be "rude, disrespectful " for them...and for that you'll gonna wait half year till you'll gonna receive you're money back.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
