Awful experience! Not professional on the phone at all. Rude on the phone. Bad customer service. Never known anything like it!! I never write reviews or bad ones but this needed one. Can't even get hold of them half the time! Then they let the property go to someone else when we were first. You should be ashamed to be honest.
