1-Star Review We recently enquired about a rental property on Middlesex Drive, Bury, through Martin & Co Prestwich. I explained to Dayna Green MARLA that we do not have a home guarantor but that we are both in full-time employment with a combined income of £80,000. She initially confirmed this would be fine and invited us to view the property. We travelled from Bradford with our children during rush hour to attend the viewing and found the property suitable. However, when we expressed interest in proceeding, Dayna suddenly insisted a home guarantor was mandatory. This lack of clarity and poor communication resulted in a complete waste of our time and effort. If the guarantor requirement was non-negotiable, it should have been made clear from the beginning. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with Martin & Co Prestwich—especially Dayna Green Marla—based on our disappointing experience. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

Martin & Co Prestwich Branch These Estate Agents r playing Games with Properties they start from asking price of 2 bedroom house in Moston 120k Then refuse all offers of even 145k then update sold house to someone who offered higher than u and then guess few days later same house in market description we received offer of 150k we r still looking for higher offer anyone interested please contact,r u selling Luxurious Villa in Moston Harpurhey what a shame on u guys playing with people.

Worst ever agent I have seen in UK, they got the deposit amount and last minute they said landlord gave tenancy to someone else. this made as lot of pain

Absolute joke if I could give it lower I would ! Cost me £25 for them to send me my money back. When I had to wait for my deposit back because their boss was on holiday how does this make sense ???

I wanted to buy a BTL from them 4 years ago, I was already a landlord, so knew what was required in terms of paperwork etc. Agreed everything with them, came in & gave my paperwork, they even went so far as to phone my mortgage broker & see my bank statements. After all this once they had agreed to sell to me, they called me back the next day stating some else had increased the offer, got me into a bidding war, which they say i lost. I pulled out, they then rang me again to say if i wanted it, as the other buyer had pulled out. I never went ahead as they left such a bad taste in my mouth. Worst estate agent/branch I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. It was the prestwich branch.
