The tenant at my property (which Martin&Co manages) recently moved out, leaving a trail of disaster and filth behind him. A lot of work had to be done in order to prepare the property for going back on to the market. Since I don't live in Manchester, I asked Martin&Co to arrange the work. Barbra Cousins has been absolutely wonderful in advising me and in organising for the work to be done. The property now looks as good as new.
