I inherited a property in Manchester that required renovation but I live on the South coast so asked Martin & Co to manage the project, which they did brilliantly. They kept in constant contact & e-mailed me photo's of the work progress every few days. As soon as it was completed it went straight on the internet & the prospective tenants were queueing up. My original tenants had to leave for work reasons but the property was only empty for about a week before new tenants were installed.Living near Brighton means I have to leave everything in their hands & trust them, which I do completely since in the 3 years I have been with them they have been totally professional & have never given me a single problem.

I have dealt with this agency for over 3 years and had nothing but a straightforward professional approach. I am a landlord whom has never had a bad tenant via them and they deal with all my maintenance issues. Indeed, I find their staff friendly and approachable. They dealt with difficult tenants on my behalf and just because a tenant cannot get their own way (i.e. Breaking the contract early) doesn`t give them a right be annoyed/aggressive. I would recommend them without hesitation.
