A really bad leak from the apartment upstairs affected my bathroom ceiling for the past couple of days and my property manager Joe Royle has been extremely helpful throughout. They have arranged access whilst i have been at work, emailed me with constant updates and already treated the affected area :)

Joe Royle is a professional and friendly manager. Many of his suggestions helped me as a tenant during my live in my apartment.

Been in my flat little over two weeks now and I must say that the very few issues that I have had (with the flat itself) have been sorted and dealt with quickly and efficiently by Joe.
