I purchased a BTL flat through this office - no issues at all. The staffs are VERY friendly and supportive. I worked in particular with Megan. She is just an amazing agent! Very responsive and knows what she is doing. Moreover, I left the flat with the same office to manage. They could let the flat very quickly and Katie, my contact in the letting office, is doing a great job - very happy with the provided service. Definitely will use Jordan Fishwick in future (I am actually working with the same team to buy another property).

Not sure why the negative reviews but I've always found JF to be one of the most reliable agents out there in terms of turning up on time.

I have two properties let by Jordan Fishwick.. I self manage the properties, and JF provide the tenant search, screening and contracts for me. The staff, particularly Alex, Amy & Ben are professional and courteous. The most important issue for me is good comm's, and they provide excellent comm's. Rates are reasonable, and I'm very satisfied with the overall service they provide.

Initially, I followed my colleague recommendation to use Jordan Fishwick to sell my flat. To be perfectly honest, i would like to say the service Liz Hill and Paul Robertson have provided is highly appreciated . The flat was on the market within one day i handed in the key, was STC within a week and was sold one day before the planned completion date. Great thanks to the team to push solicitor, keep asking what is the outstanding issue and finding the way to sort out problem. Without their hard working, the flat would still have been on STC now. The solicitor JMW on the opposite has provided poor service. JMW emailed me a pack of form to fill in on 21/04/2015. I sent all the requested form back on 26th and 28th of April. The solicitor forward my form and asked the Secretary to print off all on 28th April. However, the Secretary emailed me on 12th May saying ' I am having trouble printing off the Leasehold Forms and Fixture and Fittings Forms from Move with Us. Please let me know if I need to send you further copies to complete and return as we need these in order to proceed. Let me know and I can always send them again to you'. What an email after nearly half month the solicitor requesting her to print off the form!!! JMW never answers your call and always delay in response. Fortunately, Liz and Paul have helped me, otherwise i am still in the mood of stressful.

We have been dealing with Jordan Fishwick (as property landlords) for around a year now. We usually deal with Ben Garland and he has proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to property around Manchester city centre. We have just completed on our third apartment purchase in Manchester and will again be using JF. They found tenants for us in a short period of time and have very competitive fees for property management.

As a Landlord I have transfered all my Manchester properties to Jordan Fishwick. Ben, Alex and Amy are a friendly efficient team who find and look after my tenants. Katie has a clear overview of the operation and has helped me with several issues, she is flexible, helpful and thorough. So I ask her advice and usually take it! They seem clear on who they work for and I am alway confident they have my interests at heart. Paul Martin and Stephen have helped my buy property and I would use them again and recomend them to anyone who wants a no nonsense, honest approach.

As a landlord I have dealt with a number of letting agents with varying degrees of success, some agents [Not JF] seem to forget [or have never head of] customer service whether dealing with myself, or the tenant, and in the past I have felt like a nuisance when phoning with a query. I must admit, I have always found Jordan Fishwick friendly, efficient, professional, and when asked, ready with helpful and useful advice. I recently asked them to market a rental property, they took photo's on the Tuesday, posted them on the net that evening, had two viewings on the Thursday, and agreed an above asking price offer the following day...........can anyone improve on that??? Whilst this was exceptional, in general I have found their service excellent.
