I'm a tenant and they handle every issue very promptly. As an example, when I locked myself out once, this guy Joe Royle helped me with a spare key in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

A really bad leak from the apartment upstairs affected my bathroom ceiling for the past couple of days and my property manager Joe Royle has been extremely helpful throughout. They have arranged access whilst i have been at work, emailed me with constant updates and already treated the affected area :)

Been looking for a property in Manchester for some time. All the staff at this branch are lovely but especially Marcus William's. He continually sends me properties to view and is very pro active in trying to find me the right property. Once i find the right one I will have no hesitation in making a purchase as so far their/ his service has been excellent .
