Poor service. Started all well, didn’t finish very well. First, this agency didn’t inform us about law changes about how much notice you need to provide to a tenant before they move out. Second, they posted keys to the WRONG address ignoring the one provided in an email; and there was no name and no return address! Quite unprofessional. Also, not the best agency in communicating while they were in charge of the flat

Had a mix up with the current tennant, leaving me without anywhere to live two weeks prior to my move in date. Whilst the staff did everything they could to assist, communication was slow. They also didnt seem to too concerned with my issue. Disappointed with what I thought was a reputable company.
Could give 0 star if I could. Moved out of my apartment and asked for my deposit back - they tried to charge me £86 for "cleaning service" despite I left the house in the same, high standard & clean condition when I moved in (got photos to prove & the report says so too). They insisted that the apartment is only "domestically cleaned to a high standard" & they needed it to be "professionally cleaned"...What guidelines are they using to define Professional vs domestically cleaned??? (It's also illegal to charge for cleaning services). Asked them for the receipt to prove the apartment was "professional cleaned" when I moved in & asked them for the itemized bill for the move out cleaning service to see what they were "cleaning" - to no response on that. Straight to the TDS dispute & court
AVOID AT ALL COST! What an absolute joke of a company. I was looking for an accommodation back in August. They almost never reply to your emails. If you call them up, they just collect your details, tell you that they will send you an email and ignore you for days. They advertise accommodations on their websites that are not even available anymore. It takes their agents weeks to reply to your emails and messages. They tell you that an accommodation is available, ignore your messages for a whole week and then they inform you that they gave the accommodation to someone else. They are wasting your time, energy and money. There’s zero communication between the different departments. They don’t care about their customers at all.
I had a viewing today and after been outside the property waiting and trying to contact them, Grace Salvini sent me an email saying that the property is no longer available. They said they called me and left a voicemail but I don’t have any missed call or voicemail at all. I also had to ask for the day off at work to do this viewing as I need to move asap. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
AVOID!!! Myself and a friend started the process to rent an apartment with JLL, all information that was requested from us was filled in and in a timely manner, JLL requested a holding deposit to which we paid instantly to ensure we could get this processed as fast as possible, due to no fault of our own the agreement can not go ahead and we have now been bluntly advised the holding deposit is non refundable, we tried our best to ensure that everything was completed and JLL are refusing to give us our holding deposit back under section 3 of the holding deposit terms, to which we never wanted to back out of the agreement at all. Complete theft from a company to do this to individuals that are looking to move as fast as possible and now we are left with no holding deposit to put down on another property. Would completely AVOID at all costs, plenty of reputable & professional estate agents in Manchester and I will be looking to dispute this further.

Disappointing services. I asked the property manager to get the acceptance from the tenant to pay for the cleaning fee as the check out report mentions further cleaning needed. She arranged the cleaning and deduct tenant’s deposit without their acceptance. Eventually, the tenant lodged a dispute to TDS. New tenant moved in for less than a month and requested to fix the door. JLL paid the expense by deducting from the rent without my consent. It’s not the first time, unacceptable! Check in report is yet to be received after 1 mth since new tenant moved in. Chased the report but no response.
