Awful service by one employee there - thomas farrar. Failure to tell us when moving in that there is hot water bill and a separate cold water bill, and then 9 months after moving in tells us we are in a arrears of the bill which wasn't even in our name it had been getting sent to the landlord and should have been transferred to our name when we moved in. He hit us with the bill and expected us to pay within 7 days. He did not understand how completely wrong it was of them not to tell us he was rude, unfriendly and very very unprofessional. For a big company it is sad that someone like that can bring it down so much. On top of that i was pregnant at the time and he was still treating us like we were ants compare to him. Pathetic

Their after service is absolutely the worst! I have been living in the property advertised by them for a few months now but whenever I've encountered any problems all they did was to direct me to the landlord, who wasnt easy to reach. From the first day onwards the problems have never ceased to exist! 1) the property was not cleaned thoroughly when I first arrived. They said They've called some so called professional cleaners to clean the house but I couldn't see anything that was even close to clean! The floors were filthy and everything from the previous tenants weren't even cleared out of the house. 2) many other problems which are too onerous to list out here In short, if i have the chance to turn back time, i most certainly would not choose JLL as my agent ever again due to their irresponsible behaviour. Dont get sucked into their fake professional persona. Find some other agents.
