Giving one star is too much. After I signed everything and paid everything, they told me that I couldn't move in because there was a leaking problem in the flat. The most ridiculous reason I've ever heard.

Unable to sort out basic maintenance issues. Taken over 6 months to get radiators and fridge fixed. DO NOT USE THEM!

AVOID if you can !!!! Worst agents. It's been a month since we moved in and numerous things are broken which are not being fixed. The number of emails and phone calls for reminders are innumerable.
