Absolutely disgusting service. Seriously stay away from them. I contacted them on the 27/09 and they literally replied back to my email today 20/10. Its nearly a month.not professional, constant mis communication, ive asked my landlord details so i dont have to deal with them but have been denied this. How do they expect people to deal with them directly if they are so unresponsive and provide non to little help. 1 star is too much for these guys. Oh also they have a high turn over in staff so no one has a clue what they are doing.. STAY AWAY AND READ THEIR REVIEWS ITS ALL TRUE AND LANDLORDS DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Viewing was awful. The property we wanted to view wasn't available, conveniently though there was the old line 'since we are here let me show you other properties that cost more'. And the building was damp and mouldy. The estate agent did his best but he was getting scolded over the phone for something that was not his fault but management's. So unprofessional to talk to your staff like that, let alone when you know he is stood with us. Please avoid, this agency don't care about you.

Absolutely ridiculous agency, shoddy as anything. Multiple things they said they would fix or change (such as carpet in the en-suite, who the hell in their right mind would put carpet in a bathroom?!) prior to us moving in and yet 8 months later has still not been resolved. They have avoided all my emails and the maintenance man they have sent on numerous occasions has been completely useless - he told us it was pointless to even raise issues with the flat because Belvoir would not do anything. Even the maintenance man knows that nothing will get done!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please stay clear of this so-called "agency", which will consistently ignore your important maintenance issues, be extremely disorganised and condescending over the phone, and ask for rent increases out of the blue. Having ended our tenancy well over three months ago, we have just managed to get our deposit back after a lengthy dispute through a third party. Their claim? Our agent 'hadn't received' the email confirming our intent to move out (and apparently the reminder we had sent after that) and was claiming an extra month's rent for a lack of formal notice. We are only now getting our money back after several months of struggling financially because of their unprofessionalism. I have never seen that in my many years of renting. I haven't even mentioned how they wrongly advertised the council tax band of the property when we first moved in, which we were shocked to discover was much more expensive than advertised when we received the first bill (at least they apologised, I guess). Stay well clear of Belvoir Manchester Central if you want to avoid many sleepless nights of worrying!!!!

We greatly appreciate constructive criticism. I would firstly point out there we are under NEW MANAGEMENT and here at Belvoir Manchester we try to meet the needs of every individual. It appears that you are neither a landlord or tenant of Belvoir, so please could you elaborate on your experience, so that we can resolve any issues. Thank you.

Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. They don't answer emails. When you call one will say one thing, then you will be told something completely different by someone else working there. I have been through a few estate agents renting in Manchester and Belvoir are the only ones to have retained part of my deposit. Seriously AVOID.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Terrible company - stay well clear unless it's absolutely your last resort. Contacting them is an absolute nightmare. Several times we tried to contact regarding an extractor fan which wasn't working when we moved in (the inventory report falsely claimed it was) in a bathroom with no windows. Took about a month to get somebody out to take a look, and never heard from them again. So that was ignored despite the mould buildup it created (which we were subsequently charged for at the end)! CHECK YOUR INVENTORY REPORT WHEN YOU MOVE IN - they will falsely claim things are working / clean when they are not. When we moved in the carpets had stains all over them (they claimed it was professionally cleaned but some stains they couldn't get out) "Not a big deal" I thought, until the end of the tenancy when they tried to charge for it!! On top of this the house was cleaned to a high standard, yet they added random inexplicable 'cleaning fees' totaling about £300. When we asked what they were for we never got an explanation. Took over half of our deposit in fees for nothing so WATCH OUT! Also took about 3 months just to get the deposit back because they make it so difficult for you and you can never get in touch. All in all - avoid like the plague. Worst agents in Manchester

I honestly do not have enough words to express how horrible Belvoir Manchester is. I have rented properties with many different agencies and although most of them weren't great Belvoir definitely takes the crown for worst agency, so congratulations, you are the best at something I guess! We had issues from day one when we moved in to a flat that was not clean (something that had never happened to me up to that point) and it ended with Belvoir charging us a ridiculous fee to clean the flat when it was left extremely clean. We had many issues in the flat during our tenancy and most of them were ignored, most of the time we only managed to get replies if the name Ombudsman was mentioned. I could honestly write an essay on how deplorable Belvoir is but I think this is enough info to make you think twice before renting with them. Arjun was a good agent and I can't fault him for anything, other than that I've only had bad experiences dealing with Belvoir.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
