I've dealt with quite a few estate agents in my life, including probably every single one in Malvern and hand on heart I could say that Nicole and Co agents have stood out. I ended up buying through them but was also considering selling through them - they were the most thorough with the explanation of the selling process, felt very very easy and friendly to deal with and provided the 3D models of the house which other agents(at least at the time) didn't. Would have definitely used them for selling if didn't end up selling within our family. The buying process was made MUCH easier by them compared to my previous experiences, they kept the eye on the ball on my behalf better than I did! If I was too busy to call my solicitor, they did it :) I am really grateful. Everyone (Kat, Eleanor) was very responsive and great but special thanks to Lauren from me from being pro-active and fitting a viewing in for me which resulted in me buying the house which feels like it was made especially for me 💞 The buyer's present box was such a special touch and something I didn't expect at all since their client ultimately was the vendor. I am a sucker for presents anyway, but it was beyond thoughtful, a combination of practical items which when you just moved you might have no idea where they are (toilet roll and paper towels), useful bits like keyrings etc and luxurious fun items like posh salt and tea and interior magazines, whoever came up with that idea is a genius :). We have been searching for a property for a number of years with no success. Throughout this period Nicol and Co have been the only estate agents who have kept in touch with us, phoning on a regular basis to ask how our progress was going and sending us properties on a regular basis that they thought we might like. Lauren, in particular, has constantly been helpful; always cheerful and friendly even when we finally bought through a different estate agent. We have assistance from Nicol and Co., that we felt went above and beyond their remit. We would highly recommend them.

We recently visited a prestigeous property in Ledbury. Our agent was a vey pleasant young lady called Lauren, she was very proffessional and polite. We had a few queries about the property which she followed up and got back to us within a few hours. I would be happy to have her represent us should we decide to sell a property.

Whilst looking for property in Malvern I was lucky enough to view through Nicol and Co. I had already heard glowing reports of them from my son and his wife who bought and sold through them 2 years ago most successfully. My main contact was Lauren. She was polite , helpful and patient whilst I viewed. There was always a follow up call. Unfortunately, the property sold a few days before my own sale. Despite this Lauren still followed up on my progress. I think this company go above and deyond in their client care and would unreservedly recommend them.

Nicol and Co were great when we were looking for a house. We were moving from outside Worcester and they were really accommodating as to the timings of viewings, had great communication and were by far the best agents at viewings we experienced.
