Nicols estate agents were excellent in all aspects from the word go! From meeting Erica and her vast knowledge helped us to market our property,with great photos!,then Ellie who took care of our viewings and always gave feedback each time. When our property sold ,which didnt take very long!, we then had Hannah,sales progressor,she kept us well informed at all times,even helping with our onward purchase. As prospective buyers we chose Nicol and Co, because properties handled by the Co. in our area of Malvern seemed to sell quickly. Erica came to value our house and gave us the confidence to ask for a higher price than we had anticipated. She was professional and enthusiastic.
