Selling a house can be a stressful experience but we felt we were in safe hands because their approach was always professional,knowledgeable and responsive.

Nicol and Co were my vendor's estate agents and I found them to be extremely helpful and supportive not only in the purchase of a property, but in the sale of my own property. What a credit to the estate agency profession and great breath of fresh air! The Nicol and Co team in Malvern run a top-notch professional service. We used them as buyers of a house they were selling in the Malvern Hills. In particular the following showed the work that they do was far better than other agents that we used in the area or have used in previous house purchases: - the live video that Ellie recorded of the property. This video was so much better than the more "produced" (and often badly edited) videos that other estate agents tend to make because we were able to see - and review at our leisure - all the detail of what the house looked like. We also appreciated the accuracy of the descriptions that Ellie used. - the way in which Hannah helped along the vendors when it became clear they were in a big mess with their Property Information form and were finding it hard to complete. - Hannah's expert negotiations when market conditions changed during the six month process of buying the house - without which we would have walked away from the purchase. Throughout the process the service was always prompt and all phone calls were returned quickly. Whilst we dealt with Hannah and Ellie, all the members of the Nicol and Co team were always bright and helpful. This all means we'd recommend Nicol and Co to both vendors and buyers alike. They always went several steps beyond: a perfect service.
