I used Trading Places for eight years as a overseas landlord - they took great care of the property and the tenants. They have an impressive network of local tradesmen they use, who always did quality work at a good price - fixing leaks, painting etc etc. I really trusted that Trading Places were looking out for my interests as the landlord. When it came to selling the property I also used Trading Places and they did a fantastic job negotiating the early end of the tenancy, arranging property staging and managing the sale.
