Throughout the process Jen at Trading Places was always on hand to be helpful and pass on relevant information to the couple we were buying from. Trading Places delivered excellent customer service, in particular Jamie. Jamie was helpful and patient from the moment we started looking at the property to the moment we got our keys. He was always very prompt in responding to emails with any questions we had. When we got the keys, we were gifted a housewarming gift (lucky bamboo plant) from the agency, which was really thoughtful and kind. We were also given vouchers to sample local restaurants, the day after we got our keys Jamie noticed one of the restaurants we had been given the voucher for was closed for refurbishment and emailed to inform us so that we could come in to the office and he could change the dates on the voucher, so that we could still use it. Overall, Jamie exceeded our customer service expectations and we will definitely be recommending Trading Places to all our friends and family. Highly Recommend!

Our experience with Trading Places were as buyers and was a positive one. We predominantly communicated with Jen who managed our purchase, who was calm and knew the area well. She understood the type of property we were looking for and was instrumental in helping us throughout the process. The office has a small number of experienced staff, who all knew of our case and could help to provide information and move things along when Jen was not in the office, which helped to minimise delays. We felt that communication was responsive and purposeful, with the team managing to remain polite and manage the anxiety/stress of the process which we found very helpful and indeed not always our experience with other estate agents we have used!
