I have been used service of Trading Places in the year for selling my flat, and have to say they have been all very helpful and professional. More specifically, I give 5 stars to Jen who for the past ten months worked as a great facilitator throughout the process until we closed the deal.

Trading Places went by the book and we’re happy with it. Since we moved they been helpful and in touch with our concerns. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agency. They are correct, kind and thoughtful. We rented a flat from them and it went absolutely smooth. The process is a bit bureaucratic but when you’re moving countries you need a bit of security. Everyone in the company is great, with a special shout out to Erlandas and Gary who made our lives easier and our move happen.

Recently sold my property through Trading Places, with Jen as my main contact. From start to finish I found her to be very professional, but also friendly and always happy to have a chat and give her opinion on the housing market etc. She obviously knows her stuff and the area, and is clearly not just a sales person trying her hand at selling properties. Communication was always excellent, providing regular updates on the progress of my sale, and if Jen wasn't available to speak to then one of her colleagues was always able to pick up the query and deal with it on her behalf. Can't fault Jen or Trading Places on the service they provide. Probably why they've been in business for so long. Recommended.

We bought our new home through Trading Places and were pleased with the service. We worked mostly with Jamie (who was always quick to reply and answer any questions/queries we had which we appreciated) but all staff members were always helpful and friendly which is exactly what you need when going through the stresses of house buying! Trading Places in Leytonstone sold our London flat twice! I say twice because the first sale fell through just at the time of settlement. This however, was not the fault of the agents. I mention this because it was a devastating and expensive outcome for us, but Jamie Gordon the agency manager took over and went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. As a result we sold our flat again soon after and got more than the previous offer. Also the bright side of the bad situation was that we found another house which we would not have found if the original sale went through and in the process we made a friend of Jamie who we are really grateful to and who has become a good friend and one we hope to see again some day in different circumstances.
