We recently sold and bought another property with Stow Brothers in E17. We were very happy with their service from beginning to end and they really have surpassed my expectations of dealing with estate agents. Really would recommend Stow brothers as they were fantastic from beginning to end. Very friendly and reliable firm. They said they would sell my house and after a disastrous 6 months with another Agency they sold my property after just one morning of viewings. Not usually one for writing reviews, especially of estate agents but I do feel Stow Brothers are truly trying to do the job well and be a supportive part of their community. They seem to financially support most events, schools, community ventures I have been to in E17. I recently sold my house with them and it was a quick, simple process which was made so by them the whole way through. Each person I dealt with at each stage in the process was fully aware of our situation, it showed they are all working as a tight team. We sold the house in a week as we had a time sensitive offer on our dream home, Stow Brothers were able to get the house on the market within the same weekend because of this. I was kept up to date and nothing was too much bother. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

We've been tenants with Stow Brothers for two years so far. We've just signed a lease for another year on a flat in Walthamstow. We've had a very good experience as tenants. Georgina helped us find the right place (and we got our preferred option), and since then Chris and Tiffany have looked after the lease management. We've always found them to be very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. Most importantly, they are always fair, and we've felt that they represent our interests as well as the landlords. They seem to value good tenants and it's good to deal with the same staff members over a long period. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Stow Brothers to friends (and have done so).
