I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fine and Country Richmond. Communication is practically nonexistent—they never respond to emails or calls promptly, and when they do, it’s often unhelpful. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, leaving tenants to deal with unsafe or uncomfortable living conditions. The property is poorly maintained, and any attempts to resolve issues are met with indifference. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The apartment I was shown had mold in the bathroom, broken appliances, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. It was evident that the agency doesn't bother with proper maintenance or inspections. To top it all off, they are dishonest and lack transparency. Hidden fees and unexpected charges popped up at every turn, making the entire process feel like a scam. Terrible service receptionist was laughing at my issue with others whilst she thought I was on hold and the manager hung up on me whilst telling me to call the police if I have an issue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAM ARTISTS Booked a property for summer only to come to it completely uninhabitable, pee stains left on mattresses and all the rooms in a mess. The landlords junk was also all over the place. Best of all the concierge then demands me to give back keys and I officially can't stay in the property. This agency then laughs away and tells me to sue them whilst not answering any messages or calls! I immediately asked for a refund and was told to 'take it to court' Avoid this company at.all.costs

DO NOT RENT from these crooks! After renting a short let, our client was evicted and the keys confiscated by the concierge. The property was also filthy and had 10 rubbish bags that put housekeepers had to remove as not prepared properly for a short let. They breached the contract and then refused to have a conversation about it . Left £100,000 out of pocket and Shaun the manager said to see us in court rather than sort it out professionally. Ignored 10 calls to the office then had to track him down at office and he ran away . Cowardly and unprofessional
