Excellent in supporting in an emergency at an issue in amity court. Jess and Mike came straight over when I contacted on a Friday night following a leak due to a burst pipe. I’m impressed with how organised and professional they were supporting the issue after hours. Joanne has been very helpful from the get go, and my experience in the early stages of the tenancy is actually quite good. Only note when renting with Ringley is that their letting office is based in Manchester, which sometimes can slightly slow down things, however it’s not too impactful as Joanne is extremely quick to respond. Definetly recommended for the future

I own a flat in Langley Square, Dartford, and had a few issues in the flat. I dealt with Liam who supervises the site and I really cannot emphasise how helpful he was.
