1101 CT - Review

I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from Lloyd representing Madley Property. He has been very responsive to my text/e-mails and phone calls and have been accommodating to my numerous viewing requests! Looking forward for completing 1101CT as soon as possible and possibly working on rentals aspects and new buys in the future! The only sticking point that I could think of would be around the communication with regards to the furniture in the apartment. This may have been a miscommunication on all of us namely seller, me and him! This could be a learning for all stakeholders moving forward.

Yet to buy property but the agent works with you

Lloyd is my chosen agent at Madley property since the first time I got in touch with Madley about a property to buy last year. Whilst I haven’t still have not found the perfect place for me to buy Lloyd is the one person I have trusted thus far to give me a honest lowdown on each property and who really takes the time out to understand your requirements and no pressure to shift properties to buyer. In the age of estate agents constantly pushing to like what they are selling Lloyd is a breath of fresh air. We need to find a property soon Lloyd so that I can write a review of my experience of the full buying process as well!

New Tenant

We have had a lot of issues after moving in, mainly no hot water or heating for 3 days. Tonte has sorted every out and now fingers crossed everything is working as should be.. He has replied to emails in a timely fashion. One point I would like to make, as a new tenant moving into a flat I think I would makes sense if there was a handover as such ie how heating works, boiler, where electricity box/gas box/bins are located.

Very thorough and professional help from Lloyd Withey. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.
