I have found London Shared to be an excellent option to take the pressure off me as a landlord. Once signing the property over to them for a fixed period you can more or less forget about it until the contract expires. Jasleen Kaurah ( head of property management) has been fabulous from the start, taking care of the small annoying jobs, often at no charge !! and organising bigger jobs on my behalf swiftly and professionally. If you as a landlord are too busy to take care of things yourself I highly recommend them.

I currently rent a fantastic room, in an amazing house, with great housemates through London Shared. I am incredibly impressed with the way they run the business. So much so that I think this business should get an award for excellence in service design. Every touch point from the initial viewing request, application, contract signing through to my recent renewal of my lease was handled with the utmost professionalism and you can see that the whole team make a massive effort to provide great client/customer experience. I dealt with Liam who is a fellow kiwi, he was very professional and honest and got back to me which I noticed with other agencies was not always the case.
