I moved to London back in September for a new job but was immediately sent to undergo a month's training out in India. This meant that I had to secure a place to stay in London whilst over in India which as you can imagine was not the easiest of tasks! My friend recommended London Shared to me and I emailed them right away explaining my situation and asking if they could help. They went over and above what I could have ever expected of an estate agent, ensuring I arrived back to London to a lovely room in my perfect location. The houses themselves are absolutely immaculate (the pictures you see are actually what you get for once!) - my friends and family were always amazed the first time they came around. London shared themselves consistently dealt with any queries regarding the house prompty, always being friendly to approach and more than happy to help! I moved into a second of their properties in May and again, they have been far more helpful and flexible than could ever be expected of an agency. I cannot thank them enough for everything over the last year - you have really made my first year in London far easier and more enjoyable than it would have been had I of not found you guys! I am often given the task of helping new employees find flats over London, and was recently asked to help a young professional from Barcelona to do so. Dealing with London Shared made my job easier. From the moment I emailed London Shared and dealt with Liam with my online queries to speaking to him in person, it was a very easy, honest and helpful process. Good systems

I lived in one of their properties for 2 years and the overall experience was very good: clean house, well furnished, great housemates... I will use them again in future if the need arises.

Agents are really friendly, when a problem is presented they get it fixed the property i was in was high quality, and the best part is that paperwork is done fast and crystal clear. At the moment i rented this room, I was hospitalized and needing to move real quick. The agency did all the work, and I am grateful for that.

I'd lived just outside of London for 5 years before deciding to venture back in to the city. All my friends were settled in terms of living arrangements so I was rather nervous about the move into shared accommodation - you hear so many horror stories. However, the whole experience was, and still is, an absolute delight. I couldn't be happier with where I live, who I live with and how London Shared have been so easy and a complete pleasure to deal with. Particular praise to Katrina who is always quick to reply to emails and resolve any issues that crop up every now and then. Plus there isn't anything Mitch, the repairs man, can't fix.
