We have recently rented a house with Location Location. First of all, I have to say we are usually very sceptical of estate agents. Our previous experiences tell us they generally just want to shove you the houses they have available and do not really care about you as a customer. Especially after you've rented the house! This was the FIRST TIME that we found an attentive, and caring agent - Donna has been beyond incredible, we probably rented the house faster because of her! She heard all our requests and our (long) wishlist and managed to find us a house that ticked all the boxes! As with every house you rent, there are always problems to solve and both Donna and Will have been incredibly helpful! They respond quickly, and are genuinely concerned about our living situation and if we're settling in properly and comfortably. We literally have nothing bad to point out, it's been a very smooth process using Location Location. And we're really happy with Donna, she's been a superstar! Definitely using them again whenever we'd like to move!

Excellent people providing excellent service. Maybe the only honest, decent letting agency in London. They have great properties, thoughtful and kind staff, and a positive attitude. Cannot recommend these guys enough - you won't regret finding your new home with them on your side! Karl was great helping me find a place and Will is a super-attentive and proactive property manager.

We had a very positive experience with location location when moving into our property. Every step of the way seemed very easy with great communication from both Will and Adam who made sure to respond to any queries within a few hours. Since moving into the property it has been easy to report any issues online.

There were a lot of changes throughout the purchase process when buying our flat. Peter in sales was very helpful and Lauretta was brilliant, often making the awkward phone calls to get us across the line in time. I will definitely be recommending them to friends selling in the area.
