Location Location - Stoke Newington

We moved in to our new property a few months ago with the help of Anna and Will and we have only positive things to say about our experience with Location Location. Anna was always very friendly and efficient, remaining extremely professional at all times. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I feel lucky that I have finally found an estate agency which stands out for the quality of their service in this very competitive market. In particular, I am very pleased with Anna Takkou who impressed me with her consistent contact, professionalism, hassle free service and a clear understanding of what I was looking for. Anna managed to make the otherwise stressful process of finding a property to rent in London seem easy.

Location Location and Will have been super helpful since I started renting a room in a house about a month ago. Everything was handled really quickly, and all replies to my queries were really fast. We are four people in a house share and they have made our life really easy by separating out the contracts for each of us.

I have been renting my flat out through Location Location for several years. Adam is excellent in matching the right tenants to my property and then Will takes over for an expert management. I could not have asked for a better agency to work with. I feel like I am in safe hands. Thanks to all of you guys!!!!

There were a lot of changes throughout the purchase process when buying our flat. Peter in sales was very helpful and Lauretta was brilliant, often making the awkward phone calls to get us across the line in time. I will definitely be recommending them to friends selling in the area.

Location Location acted on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our next home. We found that Peter, Tim and Azhar (among others) were brilliant on our sale and outshone any experience we have had with other estate agents, providing prompt and meaningful feedback after every viewing, which is so important when you are trying to sell your home. They worked really closely with us on our new property search too and Peter was great, asking us careful questions to understand our wants and desires and suggesting appropriate properties for us to view, so important when you have limited time and specific requirements! The purchase hit a couple of road blocks along the way and was delayed a few times due to a problem right at the top of the chain and Lauretta worked tirelessly trying to track down information to keep us updated and pushing things along at every opportunity, which was really appreciated, she did a fantastic job. On the day we moved into our new home, we were presented with a really thoughtful and useful box of "goodies" and essentials which was a really lovely touch. We would recommend Location Location wholeheartedly and, though we do not anticipate another move for quite some time, we will definitely use Location Location for our next move!

I have just moved to my second property managed by Location Location, and I’ve always had a great support from Adam Wetenhall! He helped to find both properties in a very timely manner, always very friendly and reliable, happy to help and answer any questions. I would recommend his services!

Location Location have been ace! Have dealt with them as a buyer and now a landlord and have found them professional, supportive and a pleasure to deal with. Tim, Adam, Will and Lauretta to name just a few have been great!

Very quick service, agents have been helpful in all the ways they could and tried to move me in as quickly as possible. Overall a very good experience! They even made themselves available outside of office hours, just to help me get moved in as soon as possible. I am very happy I chose Location Location.

Adam Wetenhall made finding a rental property easy. He listened to our requirements and found us an apartment quickly. New to the area, we appreciated his advice and support. Thank you Adam.
