We have recently rented a house with Location Location. First of all, I have to say we are usually very sceptical of estate agents. Our previous experiences tell us they generally just want to shove you the houses they have available and do not really care about you as a customer. Especially after you've rented the house! This was the FIRST TIME that we found an attentive, and caring agent - Donna has been beyond incredible, we probably rented the house faster because of her! She heard all our requests and our (long) wishlist and managed to find us a house that ticked all the boxes! As with every house you rent, there are always problems to solve and both Donna and Will have been incredibly helpful! They respond quickly, and are genuinely concerned about our living situation and if we're settling in properly and comfortably. We literally have nothing bad to point out, it's been a very smooth process using Location Location. And we're really happy with Donna, she's been a superstar! Definitely using them again whenever we'd like to move!

Professional, committed, efficient and positive. It's hard to find that combination in an estate agency, but these guys really nail it. They're also quite involved in the local community, which is always a bonus (especially for Stoke Newington!). Highly recommended.
