We recently found a new house to rent through Location Location. The service provided by Adam, Will and the rest of the team was excellent. Adam showed us round the house and was able to answer all of our questions (which, from experience, isn't always the case with London estate agents). He was never pushy or looking for a sale, but helped us throughout the process of putting our offer to the landlord and securing the house. Location Location use an online referencing system, Goodlord, which is relatively painless and easy to use. Really impressed with these guys - we've not been in the house long but they've followed up with us to find out about our move and have been very proactive in resolving small maintenance issues on move in. We recently signed a lease for a property around Stoke Newington and every conversation / visit was just amazing with everyone. Anna took us around the property for our viewing, which was much more pleasant than any other simply because of her warmth and helpfulness. Will saw us through the letting agreement process from start to finish and was helpful with every step of the way. We had an ambitious move-in date and the team stuck to our date with no delays, which kept us at east - not something always easy with moving!
