From viewing the property to moving in, Donna and Will were complete stars along the way. Moving can be a stressful process but these two made it such a dream. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
Will Thacker and the rest of the team have provided excellent management of our property throughout the tenancy. Extremely good service. Swift to respond to any request. Very reliable.
Will Thacker is a delight to deal with in managing my property whilst I am overseas. He is very helpful, professional and prompt in dealing with any queries I have or in advising on matters he is aware I need to be informed of so I would highly recommend him.
Will and Donna have been very helpful as I moved into my new flat. Will is especially responsive to address any questions around settling into the property which has been much appreciated.
From the get go, we knew we were in good hands. Location Location were with us every step of the way, updating and guiding us positively through the process. Particularly, Loretta was always there as a point of reassurance – cannot praise her enough. Location Location, keep doing what your doing!
Will Thacker & his Team have always provided superb service & support to my son & myself, in our business dealings with them. They are pro-active & very professional in helping resolve any problems that occur from time to time. This was again demonstrated this week. They are a great Team. Thank you Will
We're very pleased with the service that Location Location offered when we sold and bought our family home! The team are really friendly, accommodating, efficient and helpful. Special thanks to go to Peter and Loretta for going above and beyond and recommending a great solicitor! THANK YOU
Really fast response, really polite and ready to help on any problem you have. Made the move as easy as possible and treated us better than just "customers". Lovely touch with a welcome box with treats. Will definitely recommend !!
We recently had to clear out and upgrade a flat in North London from 100 miles away. We are indebted to Will Thacker, the Head of Property Management at Location Location, for supervising this task so cheerfully and efficiently on our behalf. He was a godsend.
Anna and Lauretta worked very hard to ensure my buying client had a great experience. A very smooth transaction, which is where their experience and determination really shone. Thank you!
