Location Location have been our rental agency for the last 18 months and we’ve enjoyed a very professional service throughout this time. I particularly found that Will and William, the head of property management and maintenance contractor were always available and approachable when something needed replacing/fixing. They acted very quickly to sort things out. Although not part of the service, I also enjoyed the seasonal shop front as well. Cheesy but a good laugh. I would recommend Location Location without a moment's hesitation to anyone who is looking to sell a property in Stoke Newington. From the very beginning I felt in safe hands. A great deal of care is taken over the valuation - always realistic - and marketing of the property. I was really impressed with the level of detail and their general sales strategy, which was (crucially) meaningful and effective. My flat sold fairly swiftly due to the realistic pricing strategy. General Approach – There’s something quite unique in Location Location’s approach which is personified by the head of sales, Peter – there’s no hard sell. Instead you get a straightforward, logical explanation supported by evidence. They were quick to understand what we were trying to achieve and how we felt about the process. They also gave excellent support and advise on our onward purchase. Quality.
