Location Location - Stoke Newington

Location Location were amazing at helping me find my perfect property, and hand held me through the process to move forward with my purchase. They also have a great range of properties in the stokey area, and really know the people and streets

I cannot fault my experience with Location Location and this has been largely due to Will. Will has continually made the whole process from, contracts, maintenance issues to replying to emails quickly a simple and enjoyable experience. Thankyou Will and all the team at Location Location, I would most definitely recommend you and use your services again!

I purchased by flat through Location Location and they now manage the property for me. Their service is excellent and their charges are fair. I now deal, mostly, with Will Thacker. He his polite, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all your help.

Hannah was so kind and patient with helping me find my flat, I am super grateful, I know I wouldnt have found it without her! She was really determined and thougthful and really knew what I was looking for and didnt give up even when I had. By far the best agents I dealt with, their personal approach really makes a difference. Thanks Hannah and all the Team!

I’m very pleased with my experience as a first time buyer and with the overall service provided by LL in Stoke Newington. Their listings were consistently the best that I found online and so I naturally gravitated towards their site in my initial weeks of searching. It didn’t take long before we found our dream flat, and they were able to book us In quickly on launch day for the viewing. I knew I loved everything about the place, but felt I needed to see a few more before jumping all in. Courtney (The Estate Agent) was very understanding and booked me in for a couple more viewings in the area the following week to give comparisons. At no point did I feel pressure to put in an offer, but rather I felt like they were willing to answer all my questions and even give tips on the area and how best to go about putting in an offer (if I chose to) as a first timer. This really helped. Once the decision was made to proceed with the purchase, Courtney and Lauretta (the Sales Progressor) tag teamed the deal and were there every step of the way. Lauretta helped so much in the final stages, ensuring that everyone was on track and doing their bit in a timely manner (namely the solicitors).Throughout the process, I trusted her completely and was thankful for her guidance and expertise. Picking up the keys on completion day was the best feeling of 2019 I would say, one that I won’t soon forget. Thank you Location Location for making our dream home a reality!

Thank you for LL, a fantastic team for my first time buying! Especially Lauretta who has been very patiently following up the process, my questions and so much more. Thanks Jamie who introduced me a property that in my taste - which is very important knowing what a client's needs. Thank you for Anna's friendly supports; and everyone in their office! Was a lovely experience!

I can't recommend Location Location enough. Adam and Karl are super personable (as were all the staff we interacted with in the office). They are approachable and friendly in a way that feels genuine. They won our trust quickly by going above and beyond to understand our needs, and personally match us with properties that were a fit (we liked everything we viewed, so didn't feel our time was wasted at viewings). They stuck by us until we found the one (it was mutual), and we are super pleased with our new flat. Complete NIGHT and DAY service, attitude, quality compared to other agents I've experienced ... thanks all!

We had a really good experience with Location Location both in viewing and the process of moving into our house. From the first contact they were friendly, helpful and professional. They were available for any questions or queries we had immediately. Adam in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My experience with letting agents has generally always been quite difficult and frustrating, so it is lovely to finally deal with a company that bucks that trend. Would definitely use them again, both as a tenant and as a landlord.

Will was great - really helped us through a sticky situation, was fair and very helpful - sound guy, thanks.

Drew and his colleagues were really helpful, efficient and made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommended
