Location Location - Stoke Newington

I am Partner of a West End Law firm and have worked with Lauretta on a sale and purchase. I have worked with many agents over the past 20 years and she stands out as an exceptional agent who has proactively helped move a transaction from instruction to exchange/completion. The transaction had many points that needed an experienced negotiator to negotiate a balanced and fair outcome for both the seller and buyer. All parties were happy with the results. She is a credit to Location Location.

Maya has been amazing and whole team is professional and super helpful. Brilliant service and also my first ever positive experience with estate agents in London. Thank you so much!

Drew at Location Location was so helpful guiding us throughout the process of buying our first home, which is an emotional rollercoaster at times. He supported us day by day, with our point of interest in mind as much as the sellers. The team at LL are all very professional with a personal touch.

We ended up using 5 or 6 different estate agents when searching for our new flat and nowhere was as effective and efficient at Location Location. They were quick to respond, they clearly had our best interest at heart and were fair in their dealings - particularly as the flat has multiple offers. We had to move during lock down and we were fully supported throughout the whole process. Donna has been incredible and always happy to answer my questions, Adam's been so reliable throughout these weird times and Anjali has been a delight to speak to - thanks again to the location location team for making this potentially difficult move as seamless as possible.

As Location Location's DPS Client Manager, i can honestly say i've not worked with a more hardworking and honest group of people. They always do what they can in the best interests of both parites (tenant and landlord) in an effective and professional manner. My main contact Anjali is fantastic and it has been a absolute pleasure working with her and her colleagues. Reccomeneded highly!

I am a supplier to LL and work with more than a hundred estate agents across the UK. So, I think I'm well placed to know good agents from average ones but Location Location are exceptional. They are an inspiring bunch of hardworking, highly …

My wife and I moved to London from Canada and were on the hunt for a nice flat in what struck us as an intensely competitive market; Karl at Location Location was a gem to work with and made our experience as smooth as possible. We found a beautiful flat in the neighbourhood we wanted within a week of our arrival. Highly recommend this agency. Also much appreciated the help of Will, Donna, and Adam, who were also very helpful.

Tim Kearney worked a lot with us as potential buyers for his clients' properties over six months. He was head and shoulders above other property agents we encountered because he was honest, intelligent, matter-of-fact, pro-active, dependable, positive/can-do and humorous (whilst clearly taking his role very seriously and giving off an aura of professionalism). He treated us, or at least made us feel like WE were his client, which made us much more likely to to a deal with his actual clients (the sellers). A great communicator and a credit to Location Location. Will go far!
