Location Location - Stoke Newington

We have felt very supported by Location Location Stoke Newington throughout the search. From the patience and honesty from Pantelis in our very particular search to Amanda being very supportive during our purchase in communicating between us and the sellers to keep us informed and everything moving along swiftly. Its been a very smooth process.

We switched to LL after a sale on our flat had fallen through due to the pandemic and we were struggling, despite 15+viewings, to get another offer. LL quickly were able to secure more viewings, ensuring the buyers were well placed to be making offers and secured above asking price offers on our flat. The fantastic thing about this team is the way they play to their strengths - you have a super sales team who help get offers and are enthusiastic about selling your house (shout out to Hannah/ Pantelis / Peter) and once you have an offer Lauretta, sales progressor extraordinaire, works with diligence like you've never seen to get the sale across the line. She chases everyone who needs chasing, provides excellent updates and anticipates problems before they emerge. We sold a 1 bed flat with the team and it was probably one of the lowest value sales they had on their books, but honestly it felt like we were their most important client at all times. It was a long road for us and I think the team mutually agreed it was one of the harder transactions of the year, and it would not have happened without the LL team. Highly recommend and we will 100% be working with them again in the future.

Location Location have been amazing in helping us buy our first property and without them I am not sure we would of been moving so quickly! Anna and Amanda have been absolutely amazing! We had support on a day to day basis, and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them.

In all my dealings with Location Location I have been impressed. I've dealt with Adam and David in Lettings and they've both been beyond helpful and have always been very quick to respond back to me with any queries. Both times I've had to let my flat, they have found quality tenants very quickly and the process has been extremely well organised and professional. I would highly recommend.

Just bought a flat through location location - they were very efficient and helpful, always responded quickly to queries. I would definitely use them if I was selling my property. Many thanks to Lauretta and Pantelis in particular. A really good service!

I am in the process of renting a property with Location Location and they have been very helpful and responsive. Maya has been very friendly, warm, efficient, and professional, with a great eye for detail. I would definitely recommend.

We sold our flat and also purchased our new house through Location Location. Easily the best service I've experienced in nearly 10 transactions that I've been involved with. Peter was a pleasure to deal with, always very responsive which is much appreciated when dealing with high stakes. It was a difficult set of circumstances to negotiate but Peter and the Location Location team were successful in pulling off our big move. A big thanks and thoroughly recommended!

I am in the process of renting a property and I have been working with Maya, who has been very responsive, helpful, and professional. She is enthusiastic and very friendly. I would highly recommend working with Maya.

Location, Location were brilliant. I have really bad experiences with letting agents in the past but Maya was really friendly, helpful and open. The process from start to finish was seamless. Definitely the best letting experience I have ever had.

Location Location quickly secured high quality tenants for me, handled all my maintainence issues and even helped me with some tax advice. They're great people to deal with and are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again!
