She chases everyone who needs chasing, provides excellent updates and anticipates problems before they emerge. We sold a 1 bed flat with the team and it was probably one of the lowest value sales they had on their books, but honestly it felt like we were their most important client at all times. It was a long road for us and I think the team mutually agreed it was one of the harder transactions of the year, and it would not have happened without the LL team. Highly recommend and we will 100% be working with them again in the future.
