Location Location - Stoke Newington

We sold our flat through LL and had a very good experience. It was really down to Hannah, our main contact. Thanks so much Hannah! Super supportive through the whole process and reassuring when we lost a buyer, and always really really responsive. She made a really stressful process a whole lot better.

Great service from David, he made everything easy and simple. Having previously used an online agent to rent out our flat and being continually frustrated and anxious, David made things so much better and I felt relaxed and confident after every call! The agency has great local knowledge, which helps immensely.

I recently bought a flat in Stoke Newington through Location Location. They were all very professional and efficient throughout the whole process of me buying. Particular thanks to Hannah Scott helping me understand the first time buyer unknowns and ensuring great communication between all parties. Would highly recommend this estate agents .

We were delighted with the service we received from Location Location. From start to finish they were friendly, enthusiastic, approachable, clear and helpful. From first showing them round our flat, to completion of sale we found them thorough and efficient. Vicky was really kind and warm when she first valued our flat, making us excited to get it listed. She really spent time with us explaining how the current market was and how it all works, and advising us on how best to present our home. Drew and Pantelis did a great job handling our viewings, working so hard with back to back bookings, and giving us in-depth feedback. And Amanda took us through the process from accepting our offer (we had FIVE!) to completion, and she really was brilliant. We really felt that she was on the ball, chasing up solicitors on both sides and really working hard to progress the sale and make sure everything was moving along as seamlessly as possible. We are so grateful to the whole team, particularly Amanda, for helping us move to the next exciting stage of our lives!

Location Location Stoke Newington were absolutely phenomenal. We looked at a large number of properties with a number of different agents and Location Location were hands down the best - from start to finish. Peter was a pleasure to work with. He was always very responsive, helping us navigate through the process and ultimately buy our dream home. We couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely be recommending Peter and the team at Location Location!

Just sold my flat through Location Location. Choosing an estate agent was not easy as they all have the glossy brochures and fancy photography these days. I'm glad I went with Location Location however - what set them apart was the thought that went into the marketing/pricing strategy and the energy they showed in getting buyers in. My agent Hannah was extremely responsive, and despite my doubts, her advice on where to price the property was undoubtedly correct and I was very pleased with the end result. After seeing how LL handled the conveyancing side of things once the offer was accepted compared with other agents in the chain, I know I made the right choice in appointing them! Thank you Hannah and all the team at LL

Anna was fantastic to work with and helped us get a really great price for our property. We were very happy with the outcome, and the client service from Anna. Location Location were generally quick to respond and proved their market knowledge in the pricing strategy and final offer we accepted. While I didn't get the chance to meet our account manager Anna, it still feel like we got a friendly and personal service.

Location Location, and our house-manager, Anjali, have been supportive throughout our time living in Hackney, from our initial flat viewing, flat maintenance whilst we've lived there, and with the check-out process and deposit. Anjali herself has been kind, clear and understanding with any and all concerns raised as a household, giving us the assurance that we were in good hands! This is all whilst living in a pandemic where I'm sure we have all had our own personal and professional pressures put upon us - which really goes to show how professional and understanding Anjali has been.

Despite the COVID restrictions, the viewings and sale process was quick and stress free, thanks to Anna and Hannah. The process after agreeing the sale was a bit more complicated due to having a very long chain, but Lauretta did her best to move it along.

Drew and the whole team at Location Location were really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of looking for the right flat. Particular thanks to Lauretta for her guidance and answering all my questions, being a first time buyer, and finally getting us over the finish line. Thank you!
