Great estate agent, very helpful and friendly with quick communication. We recently purchased through them, we were shown round the property by Drew, who was super friendly and really knowledgable (which in London, is rarer than it should be). The process was then dealt with by Ella and Lauretta, both very communicative and really pushed to keep the process moving quickly, nudging solicitors and answering questions very efficiently. As an American, buying a house in the UK ha always been explained to me as one of the most arduous and irritating experiences you can be apart. Complexity, process, red tape you name it. Thankfully Location Location have been fantastic throughout the process of securing us our new home. From the start they had the best selection of flats in the area, all priced fairly for their condition and location. Osh worked diligently with us at the start to show us a few properties that were wtihin our criteria and it helped us shape a view of exactly what we were looking for. He was attentive, friendly and kept us appraised of new properties coming up on a week by week basis. He's also now assisting my parents in their flat hunt and has been excellent in catering to their descerning needs. Anna was a rockstar from the minute we met her. Originally at a property we didn't progress with, but her expertise and knowledge were plain to see from the beginning. Any question we had, she had an answer for, and any she didn't was promptly followed up on. Anna went above and beyond to ensure we secured our new home, offering advice, guidance and even recommending a fantastic lawyer and surveyor that made the process as breeze from our side. She was the perfect mediator between ourselves and the seller keeping everyones needs and wants front of mind to help us all reach a mutally positive outcome. We can't thank her enough! Last but certainly not least, Lauretta was a joy to work with on the sales advance. She kept on top of all parties, ensuring that paperwork was received in a timely manner. She was prompt in chasing the sellers solicitors when things had gone quiet and knew how to give everyone a gentle but firm nudge if things started getting stuck.
