Location Location was very efficient throughout the registration and referencing stage when I was moving into my current property. My contact at Location Location was Will who was always very communicative throughout the process. While Will was away during this process, his colleague Donna was great at catching up to speed on my account and stepping in for him. Since I’ve been living in the property, Will has been very quick and responsive with our requests for repairs and maintenance on the house. He is very understanding when urgent matters pertaining to the house come up which have to be seen to. Keep up the great work!

Jamie helped us in our search for our first home around Stoke Newington and took the time to understand what our property needs were and often showed us new properties before they were fully advertised giving us the best shot at putting in bids. We loved how relaxed the viewings were with him and that Location Location were on top of communications and replying to questions quickly without being overbearing. We viewed a lot of properties through different agents and definitely thought Location Location were the best by a mile and when we look to upgrade in a few years will definitely pick them.

Having just bought a flat through Location Location I couldn't recommend them highly enough. An awesome, hard working team, who guided me through every step of the process... which as a first time buyer was much needed! Tim and Lauretta were especially wonderful; both helpful, supportive and incredibly generous with their time in getting the sale over the finish line. Knowing I had both of their support through to completion made a huge difference, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much less so (thank you both again, for everything). We actually ended up moving into the first flat we saw with them as everything was dealt with swiftly, efficiently and all our questions answered. I found Location/Location a pleasure to work with. I would give them a five star rating. They have a straightforward approach to their work. The Managing Director Vicky Bibiris was very clear in explaining there approach to selling properties and how they arrived at a valuation for any given property. She seemed very confident in Locations methods. After the initial meeting I was supplied with a very good set of photo- graphs which I was able to view with Donna Levy their client coordinator who following my recommendations put them on line. The sales team then went into action and very soon prospective buyers were viewing my property, followed up by feedback after the viewings by either Tim Kearney, Anna Takkou or Hanna Scott the sales consultants. There was someone available to discuss the progress of your sale, or to help with any problem you might have. Messages were always passed on and people would always get back to you ASAP. Lauretta Caulfield was assigned to me to help with my sale. She was very supportive and helped a great deal when the first prospective buyer dropped out near completion. There was no delay between losing one buyer and starting to find another. What can take the time is the paper work and answering the solicitors request for information about your property. Here again Location were excellent, all my requests were attended to and nothing was a problem. With every bodies help we finally made completion. Thank you Location/Location. Tim has been the best agent I have met during my search for a flat to buy. He has been very helpful, reactive and full of good advise. And the most important, the properties that Location Location have to sell are GREAT! I will definitely go back to them when needed!

Again as a bit of a greenhorn at all this, what more can you want than someone approachable, positive, helpful and reassuring. Result!
