We were in a property for two years and our property manger Will Thacker has been great with any checks and solving the very few problems we've had at the property. Would highly recommend and would still be with them had I not moved from the area.

I found Location/Location a pleasure to work with. I would give them a five star rating. They have a straightforward approach to their work. The Managing Director Vicky Bibiris was very clear in explaining there approach to selling properties and how they arrived at a valuation for any given property. She seemed very confident in Locations methods. After the initial meeting I was supplied with a very good set of photo- graphs which I was able to view with Donna Levy their client coordinator who following my recommendations put them on line. The sales team then went into action and very soon prospective buyers were viewing my property, followed up by feedback after the viewings by either Tim Kearney, Anna Takkou or Hanna Scott the sales consultants. There was someone available to discuss the progress of your sale, or to help with any problem you might have. Messages were always passed on and people would always get back to you ASAP. Lauretta Caulfield was assigned to me to help with my sale. She was very supportive and helped a great deal when the first prospective buyer dropped out near completion. There was no delay between losing one buyer and starting to find another. What can take the time is the paper work and answering the solicitors request for information about your property. Here again Location were excellent, all my requests were attended to and nothing was a problem. With every bodies help we finally made completion. Thank you Location/Location.
