Location Location - Stoke Newington

Excellent people providing excellent service. Maybe the only honest, decent letting agency in London. They have great properties, thoughtful and kind staff, and a positive attitude. Cannot recommend these guys enough - you won't regret finding your new home with them on your side! Karl was great helping me find a place and Will is a super-attentive and proactive property manager.

It was an absolute breeze working with Will and Adam at Location Location. They are easy going but know what they're doing. Excellent communicators they have made what usually is a very stressful time a walk in the park. Not to mention that we love the flat and word has it that the agency's quality of portfolio of properties is second to none. Thanks Will and Adam!

Moved into our new favourite flat ever with the help of Location Location. Very smooth process, everything that was promised was taken care of. The staff are all easy-going and the communication is impeccable. Shout out to Adam and Will for all their help! Stylish office too. Halloween decorations 10/10.

Having just bought a flat through Location Location I couldn't recommend them highly enough. An awesome, hard working team, who guided me through every step of the process... which as a first time buyer was much needed! Tim and Lauretta were especially wonderful; both helpful, supportive and incredibly generous with their time in getting the sale over the finish line. Knowing I had both of their support through to completion made a huge difference, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much less so (thank you both again, for everything). All in all, one of the easiest 5 stars I've given - Location Location is the one!

Jamie helped us in our search for our first home around Stoke Newington and took the time to understand what our property needs were and often showed us new properties before they were fully advertised giving us the best shot at putting in bids. We loved how relaxed the viewings were with him and that Location Location were on top of communications and replying to questions quickly without being overbearing. We viewed a lot of properties through different agents and definitely thought Location Location were the best by a mile and when we look to upgrade in a few years will definitely pick them.

I recently found a new home through Location Location and it was an absolutely seamless experience. We dealt with Donna Levy and Will Thacker, they both made our move an absolute pleasure. They were extremely friendly, informative and professional and really cared about helping and supporting us as tenants. They were there for us throughout every step of the process and really put in that extra effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Extremely rare for London. I would highly recommend using this agency over other large ones. I have never ever had a more pleasant experience with moving! I have always found moving and dealing with agents to be a pain and have had some very bad experiences so dealing Location Location was a complete breath of fresh air!

Location Location was very efficient throughout the registration and referencing stage when I was moving into my current property. My contact at Location Location was Will who was always very communicative throughout the process. While Will was away during this process, his colleague Donna was great at catching up to speed on my account and stepping in for him. Since I’ve been living in the property, Will has been very quick and responsive with our requests for repairs and maintenance on the house. He is very understanding when urgent matters pertaining to the house come up which have to be seen to. Keep up the great work!

LL came highly recommended and we have been delighted with their quality service and professionalism. Adam gave us a very realistic appraisal of what level of rent we could expect, rather than being overly optimistic and telling us what we wanted to hear. His considered appraisal was correct and we achieved the full asking price. The quality of the photography commissioned was very impressive and showed of the property in it's best light. Will, on the management side, has been very helpful and accommodating at all times. The whole process of letting and management has been effortless and enjoyable and I would highly recommend.

Location location have been great to work with. Always reassuring and friendly providing comfort throughout the sale of my flat. Lauretta went above and beyond to help ensure our tight timelines were kept to and the rest of the team we're always lovely, thank you to Peter, Anna and Tim whom I dealt with most throughout the process.

Location Location have been great from start to finish with our rental. They were sensitive to our criteria and showed us properties that really suited us. Adam and Will were brilliant throughout the application process and really looked after us. Atypical real estate agents in the best way possible.
