Location Location have been our rental agency for the last 18 months and we’ve enjoyed a very professional service throughout this time. I particularly found that Will and William, the head of property management and maintenance contractor were always available and approachable when something needed replacing/fixing. They acted very quickly to sort things out. Although not part of the service, I also enjoyed the seasonal shop front as well. Cheesy but a good laugh. I’d definitely recommend their service to others.

I would recommend Location Location without a moment's hesitation to anyone who is looking to sell a property in Stoke Newington. From the very beginning I felt in safe hands. A great deal of care is taken over the valuation - always realistic - and marketing of the property. I was really impressed with the level of detail and their general sales strategy, which was (crucially) meaningful and effective. My flat sold fairly swiftly due to the realistic pricing strategy. And from then on it was pretty much plain sailing. The whole team at LL were incredible - Peter, Hannah, Anna, Tim and Lauretta at the final stage. I could call up and speak with any one of my contacts and know that they would know the details and deal with my query super fast. They were always in contact when they said they would be and I felt that nothing was too small to trouble them with. They are an amazing team who work really well together - I couldn't be happier with my experience!

They’re very good at getting back to you when they promise to (a rare quality in the industry). Very good feedback model after viewings. 3. Excellent Deal Progression - Lauretta in Sales Support guided us through some very choppy waters during our sale and was a joy to deal with. 4. Keeping Viewers coming through the door – Long after the property was launched, I was really impressed how they kept quality potential buyers coming to view the flat (even in a strong buyer’s market) 5. General Approach – There’s something quite unique in Location Location’s approach which is personified by the head of sales, Peter – there’s no hard sell. Instead you get a straightforward, logical explanation supported by evidence. They were quick to understand what we were trying to achieve and how we felt about the process. They also gave excellent support and advise on our onward purchase. Quality.
