Will has continually made the whole process from, contracts, maintenance issues to replying to emails quickly a simple and enjoyable experience. I’m very pleased with my experience as a first time buyer and with the overall service provided by LL in Stoke Newington. Their listings were consistently the best that I found online and so I naturally gravitated towards their site in my initial weeks of searching. It didn’t take long before we found our dream flat, and they were able to book us In quickly on launch day for the viewing. I knew I loved everything about the place, but felt I needed to see a few more before jumping all in. Courtney (The Estate Agent) was very understanding and booked me in for a couple more viewings in the area the following week to give comparisons. At no point did I feel pressure to put in an offer, but rather I felt like they were willing to answer all my questions and even give tips on the area and how best to go about putting in an offer (if I chose to) as a first timer. This really helped. Once the decision was made to proceed with the purchase, Courtney and Lauretta (the Sales Progressor) tag teamed the deal and were there every step of the way. Lauretta helped so much in the final stages, ensuring that everyone was on track and doing their bit in a timely manner (namely the solicitors).Throughout the process, I trusted her completely and was thankful for her guidance and expertise. Picking up the keys on completion day was the best feeling of 2019 I would say, one that I won’t soon forget. Thank you Location Location for making our dream home a reality!

We had a really good experience with Location Location both in viewing and the process of moving into our house. From the first contact they were friendly, helpful and professional. They were available for any questions or queries we had immediately. Adam in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My experience with letting agents has generally always been quite difficult and frustrating, so it is lovely to finally deal with a company that bucks that trend. Would definitely use them again, both as a tenant and as a landlord.
