Really great experience so far with Location Location. The team are very proactive and deal with issues quickly with regular updates. Our initial viewing was really easy going and we weren't patronised with the usual jargon like a lot of estate agents. Adam from Location Location contacted me few months ago asking if I wanted to rent my flat. He offered to come to see my flat and give me an estimation of the market value. He gave me all the relevant information. He was very helpful however I did not have an immediate need to rent my flat. I was really pleased with his visit as he was very kind, helpful without pushing me to take an immediate decision(that's unusual for estate agents). Few months after I decided to rent my flat. I remembered his name and I went straight to the agency (Location Location) looking for him. I had to rent my flat in less than one month. In less than one week he organised pictures to be taken and viewings. My flat looked amazing in these pictures. They have an excellent professional photo service (no charges). He organised few viewings and in 10 days I received the first offer which met my expectations. I am very grateful to Adam. Then the file passed to Will who prepared the tenancy agreement and sorted reference for new tenants. The process was very quick. I asked him several questions and he replied promptly to all of them to my great satisfaction.
