Location Location - Stoke Newington

I have recently purchased a flat through Location Location and have been very impressed by the quality of their service. Hannah has been outstanding, always very responsive and helpful in her communication. I have dealt with many agencies …

I am a supplier to LL and work with more than a hundred estate agents across the UK. So, I think I'm well placed to know good agents from average ones but Location Location are exceptional. They are an inspiring bunch of hardworking, highly …

My wife and I moved to London from Canada and were on the hunt for a nice flat in what struck us as an intensely competitive market; Karl at Location Location was a gem to work with and made our experience as smooth as possible. We found a beautiful flat in the neighbourhood we wanted within a week of our arrival. Highly recommend this agency. Also much appreciated the help of Will, Donna, and Adam, who were also very helpful.

We were so pleased to finally buy through Location Location (an independent and local estate agent) after viewing a lot of properties. Our tiny baby is now a toddler, but Hannah always knew which houses to show us that met our needs / wants. We are very happy with our move and particularly the kitchen! Thanks Hannah and the team.

Tim Kearney worked a lot with us as potential buyers for his clients' properties over six months. He was head and shoulders above other property agents we encountered because he was honest, intelligent, matter-of-fact, pro-active, dependable, positive/can-do and humorous (whilst clearly taking his role very seriously and giving off an aura of professionalism). He treated us, or at least made us feel like WE were his client, which made us much more likely to to a deal with his actual clients (the sellers). A great communicator and a credit to Location Location. Will go far!

Hannah Scott from Location Location has been helping us with our house hunt for a number of months. Whilst we haven’t yet found our home, Hannah has become one of our most trusted real estate advisors. She is very knowledgeable, honest and enthusiastic, which makes her wonderful to work with. We are very grateful to have her helping us! We highly recommend Hannah to both vendors and buyers.

I bought and sold using LL, the team were very responsive to calls and emails, know the market well and were quick to solve problems. Jamie kept us well informed and Lauretta was excellent in dealing with unresponsive solicitors! Very happy with our new home - thank you!

I can't recommend Location Location enough. Adam and Karl are super personable (as were all the staff we interacted with in the office). They are approachable and friendly in a way that feels genuine. They won our trust quickly by going above and beyond to understand our needs, and personally match us with properties that were a fit (we liked everything we viewed, so didn't feel our time was wasted at viewings). They stuck by us until we found the one (it was mutual), and we are super pleased with our new flat. Complete NIGHT and DAY service, attitude, quality compared to other agents I've experienced ... thanks all!

Location Location have been absolutely incredible for finding our perfect home! Karl especially, has been so on the ball, keeping us up to date and reassured throughout the whole process of moving house. It's been really refreshing working with them and would highly recommend anyone looking to move in the area does so with Location Location. Thank you again!

We've had a fantastic experience with Location Location. Will Thacker and the rest of the team have been absolutely brilliant at each stage of the renting process - great communication, reliable, and always incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and informative when we have any queries. Would highly recommend.
