I've rented through Location Location for around a year now, since taking over the tenancy from a couple of friends that had to leave the country due to the pandemic. I have to say the process of taking over and sorting all the documents was made incredibly stress free thanks to the help of Adam, Donna and Anjali. Since then, Anjali has been our main POC at LL and is always super quick to respond to any issues or questions we've had, in an extremely friendly and professional manner, whether it's a Wednesday morning or Sunday afternoon! Would definitely use LL when searching for a property in the future in London.

I would like to give credit where it's due to Lauretta Caulfield, who helped me through an extremely difficult purchase. What sets her apart from other estate agents I have experienced is her honesty, patience and professionalism. Through no fault of any party in particular the purchase just dragged on for months, but Lauretta pretty much held everyone's hands through this really difficult process. She's always made herself available when the going gets tough and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions I am not comfortable with. A much needed voice of reason amid the chaos.

We had to move out of our old flat right by January 03 and David helped move things along really quickly. Very responsive to emails and was in constant contact via phone. He also texted to check up on us when we'd been in the house for a couple of weeks. Would definitely use them again!

We switched to LL after a sale on our flat had fallen through due to the pandemic and we were struggling, despite 15+viewings, to get another offer. LL quickly were able to secure more viewings, ensuring the buyers were well placed to be making offers and secured above asking price offers on our flat. The fantastic thing about this team is the way they play to their strengths - you have a super sales team who help get offers and are enthusiastic about selling your house (shout out to Hannah/ Pantelis / Peter) and once you have an offer Lauretta, sales progressor extraordinaire, works with diligence like you've never seen to get the sale across the line. She chases everyone who needs chasing, provides excellent updates and anticipates problems before they emerge. We sold a 1 bed flat with the team and it was probably one of the lowest value sales they had on their books, but honestly it felt like we were their most important client at all times. It was a long road for us and I think the team mutually agreed it was one of the harder transactions of the year, and it would not have happened without the LL team. Highly recommend and we will 100% be working with them again in the future.
