We were first time buyers and had a great experience with LocationLocation - thanks very much to Pantelis for being so helpful and guiding us throughout the whole process.
Location location marketed my property really well (great photos too). And were responsive and helpful with communications throughout. Lauretta especially was great at tirelessly working to get to the point of exchange when we had complications. Thanks location location!
Just completed the sale of our Stoke Newington flat with Location Location... they were excellent from start to finish. Peter was superb at evaluating the flat, advising us on preparing it and organising the viewings. We had a lot of interest and five immediate offers. Amanda and Lauretta were excellent supporting us with the sale, liaising with solicitors and holding our hands every step of the way to exchange and completion. We found everyone at Location Location responsive, understanding, friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great piece of work - you made it all so much easier for us!
I have been letting my flat through Location Location for the past 18 months and have been consistently impressed by the quality of service I’ve received from the team there, especially Adam and David. They’re responsive and helpful, but never pushy, and were very patient while I was making up my mind about what to do with the property. Having the property fully managed essentially means never having to worry about anything that might go wrong with your tenants, which has been a huge weight off my mind. Highly recommended.
Best estate agent I've ever dealt with. Very responsive and they really pay attention to the details!
Though I ended up finding my property elsewhere, Location location and Pantelis Karonias in particular very very helpful, caring and professional during my search. Recommended!
Maya was amazing from start to finish - clear communication, there to answer all our questions, great at listening to our needs and responding accordingly. She made sure we found the perfect place and we couldn't be happier!
Drew at Location Location was so helpful guiding us throughout the process of buying our first home, which is an emotional rollercoaster at times. He supported us day by day, with our point of interest in mind as much as the sellers. The team at LL are all very professional with a personal touch.
Myself and two of my friends have been intensely looking for a three man apartment for some time, and hadn’t had the best luck with estate agents until we met Kristina, who has been super professional, and responsive, which unfortunately …
